Cerebelly
Food for brainy babies.
Cerebelly began with an ambitious idea: baby food that’s as scientifically rigorous as it is delicious — invented by a pediatric neurosurgeon and mother of three who wanted early nutrition to actually support early brain development. Our job was to turn that complex, research-heavy proposition into a joyful, confidence-building brand parents could understand at a glance.
Working hand-in-hand with the founders, we built a visual and verbal system that balanced clinical credibility with kid-friendly warmth. From packaging architecture to illustration, from digital design to photo direction, every touchpoint made the science feel human, accessible, and even a little fun.
As the brand grew, we continued as an extension of their team — evolving Cerebelly from a purely DTC startup into a shelf-ready national brand carried by Kroger, Whole Foods, and Target. We expanded the system into new sub-brands and product lines, including snack bars and limited partnerships like Peppa Pig, ensuring the identity stayed coherent while stretching into fresh formats and audiences.
What started as an early-stage idea became a nationally distributed brand with a clear promise: smart food for growing brains, made easy for growing families.

Science Made Friendly
The goal of the Cerebelly brand identity was to communicate the benefits of a neuroscience-based approach to healthy eating while letting ‘science’ be approachable. Our illustration style is at the core of this idea, using healthy foods and ingredients to create playful graphics (with a little ‘nod’ to the brain).

Brand Building
With the success of the Cerebelly pouches online and in store, the brand has begun to complement their early success with Cerebelly Smart Bars in both Whole Foods and Target. For extra fun check out the Peppa the Pig bar collaboration.
